Four friends Tom, Dick, Harry & Sally are in a conversation to find out the culprit amongst them.
1. TOM said "DICK is the culprit".
2. DICK said "TOM is the culprit".
3. HARRY said "DICK is telling the truth".
4. SALLY interrupted them in between & said "HARRY isn't lying".
