You have 8 identical boxes (in size, shape and color), and a two arm balance scale. One of the box is heavier than the other ones. 
In how many steps you can find the heavier box and how do you do it?

   2 steps only... 
1. weigh 6 boxes (3 on each side).......
     If 
         Both weighs equal
          2. weigh the last two boxes and u'll find the heavier one
     Else
          2. Weigh two boxes from the heavier lot of 3
              If both are equal.. 3rd one is heavier
              Else u already know...
